Schanall Kağıt Sanayi Ticaret İthalat İhracat A.Ş. (“Schanall”) processes the personal data you submit through this website as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (“KVKK”).

Data processed

• Identity and contact: full name, company name, e-mail address, phone number.
• Request content: product, size, quantity and free-text information entered in the quote form.
• Transaction security: IP address, browser information and timestamp recorded when the form is submitted.

Purposes

• Responding to quote, dealership and order status requests,
• Contacting you about your request,
• Establishing and maintaining the commercial relationship,
• Preventing form abuse and ensuring information security.

Legal grounds

Processing is based on the necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests, under article 5/2 of the KVKK.

Transfers

Your data may be shared, limited to what is necessary to answer your request, with our hosting and e-mail service providers and with legally authorised public authorities. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

Form records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship and the applicable legislation require, and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information and correction, request erasure where the conditions are met, object to the results of processing and claim compensation for damages.
